Is the "green" an all black case?

The model number 36-0602-01 is a black case with a green zipper. The darts and accessories are not included.

The case is not available in purple.

There is three pockets pictured on the flap. Is there three more on the oppisite side?

Yes there is and there is also a zippered pocket behind the flap on the other side. I have 12 sets of flights in the pockets and the zippered pocket holds shafts, dart sharpener, flight protectors and everything I need to keep 2 sets of darts at the ready and everything needed to replace anything that breaks. Really good case unless you need it to fit in your pocket.
