The item arrived quickly and well packaged. The rack went in with little to no trouble for my mechanic. My complaint as my mechanic stated, " at low speeds, parking lot speeds, the steering now lags." This wasn't the case with the OEM part. It drives nice at faster speeds, however at low speeds the steering feels like it is trying g to catch up to the steering wheel. My mechanic is a Toyota shop foreman, previously working for Lexus and a master technician certified by both and ASE.
