Great work horse
I use it to do the hard work for me. I use the dough setting to mix, knead and do the first rise. Then I just have to shape it for a loaf pan, rise again and then bake. Great work horse! Oh, almost forgot! It's pretty quiet too. Cuisinart is really LOUD! Thank you, Laurie Warren

I am OBSESSED with this Bread Maker!!
I have been spending $7 to $14 each week on GF breads. Sometimes they were available, and sometimes they weren't, so I just did without that week. No more with this fantastic bread maker! So easy to use and cleanup is a breeze! Just put the ingredients in and come back in 3 hours for the warm, fresh baked bread! I make a loaf every week and it costs me about $1. The bread maker has already paid for itself! Some complain about the noise, but the noise isn't bad at all. I like that it has noises that it makes because it lets me know where it is in the cycle. It beeps when you can add extra ingredients. Also, with some bread makers, you need to "help" it by mixing the ingredients a bit. Not so with this one. It mixes everything really well with no help from me! I love this thing, and the bread it makes!

Makes good bread
This is my 2nd bread machine. Old one wore out after 10 years. Makes good bread. No complaints there. I make breads every week. Family so spoiled they don't eat store bread any more. My favorite breads, white, wheat, add a tsp of minced garlic like you buy in jars and you have wonderful garlic bread. Add a cup of your favorite grain cereal, not kids cereal, and shorten flour and you have wonderful all grain breads. Add a tsp of sorghum and white raisins to wheat bread recipe and you have delicious raisin bread. I always spray the post with Pam before inserting the paddle so that the bread doesn't stick to it. I am having a hard time cleaning this machine. Often the bread rises and sticks to the lid making a sticky crusty mess all inside the lid. My old bread maker lid was removable so I could wash it and the inside of the bread maker easily. This one is awkward. The lid does not come off, I tried balancing it over the sink and wiping out the lid and insides and it slid out of my wet hands and fell to the floor. The casing around the left back leg and the foot itself shattered. Now the machine wobbles badly when stirring ingredients. I've tried to balance it on something, but the shaking causes it to fall off. So, now it just sits on the counter unused. Probably going to throw it away.

Sturdy Machine, Easy to Clean and Use
It's so close to being perfect it's infuriating. The little bread hook like melded to the container and we can't get it out because its nonstick! Now, I wash the detachable pan in super hot water so personally I dont have any issues with this since it all gets sanitized anyways. We adore our breadmaker. I make bread at least 3 times a week. The little fella can knead stuff for you or cream butter. Its to a point of where it's a permanent member of the counter space. Thing is extremely easy to use and understand (and I'm so bad at tech that I fight with the smart tv). The instruction book was really nice and easy to read. My husband loves this machine. And one other thing, making homemade bread is easy on your wallet if you buy bulk ingredients. Seriously, don't spend a ton on a fancy model. This little guy does a fantastic job and is a sturdy lil work-horse

Bought as a gift
I got this for my husband for Christmas and we both love it! Save us the time and gives us some lovely fresh bread. Sometimes it’s a little hard to remove the mixer at the bottom but found soaking it with hot water really helps. I also with take a straw scrubber and run it through the hole of mixer paddle to clean anything stuck in it; that has helped with it coming out a bit easier.

Disappointing
It looked like it would be easy to use but it wasn't. I had all the ingredients in the tub but couldn't figure out how to start it, set the timer. I read the instructions several times but never got the timer set to start. And I have several college degrees!!! Sent it back and dug out my old one. Disappointed!!

Still adjusting
I’m using it to make bread. My first loaves were a disaster. I tried to use m own recipes which didn’t work. I have managed to adjust them so I have had a successful loaf now. The instructions and all the settings are a bit confusing. When I get a successful loaf it does come out very good. I’m still trying to get used to it. My previous one was much easier to use
