how does sizing work? and does it hold colored pencils?

The small (yellow) works well for children and women with small hands. The medium (blue) works well for most women and for men with with average to smaller hands. Large (black) is best for large hands or individuals that have swollen or enlarged knuckles. All sizes will hold standard regular and colored pencils, stick pens, smaller retractable ballpoint pens, smaller fountain pens and some artist paintbrushes.

Is there a version for left-handers?

Currently the Ring Pen Ultra is made only for use with the right hand and there is no immediate plan to introduce a left hand model. The Classic Ring Pen can be used left or right and you can change the ink color - black, red, blue, but cannot interchange pen types, pencils or artist paint brushes.

Does the Ring pen come as a pencil with lead? Am an artist and need varieties of lead. Thanks

The RinG-Pen Ultra Grip Support is not a ring pen, it is a holder for pens, pencils, art brushes and utensils. You can use the grip to hold many art supplies. The company that manufactures the RinG-Pen Ultra Grip also makes a Ring Pen, but it is not available as a mechanical pencil. Instead they recommend using the RinG-Pen Ultra Grip Support.
