Excellent product! Soft, medium sized slices of crystalized ginger. Not overwhelming or burning in your mouth and can be eaten alone, used in recipes or is great when placed in a cup of hot tea! We will definitely buy Gerbs again because it is priced well for the amount of ginger that you do receive. Kudos.

Most Excellent Quality. Totally worth the price. I was a Chef in an upscale Catering business for 30 years and we have seen so many poor quality dried fruits being sold. Everything I have purchased from Gerbs is top quality!!

Very sweet but it says no added sugars. They are a nice texture and taste great, but I have to rub off the sugar.

Expected real dried mango slices, but the product was more like mango purée pressed into shapes. Texture was gummy and not what I was looking for. Flavor was okay, but the overall experience didn’t match the description. Would not purchase again.

Delicious and not that sweet.

These were really good cranberries, and I was using them for my bread and also putting them in with my yogurt for health benefit. But then the last order I got, I actually read the ingredients, which blows my mind, and it had sunflower oil. Well, sunflower oil is a seed. Oil and seed. Oils are no good for you. And sunflower oil is one of the seed oils that is no good for you. So now that I know what is in it, and I don't understand why I were adding cane sugar and sunflower oil to perfectly good cranberries. So I won't be purchasing any more in the near future. Time to find me in alternate cranberry source that doesn't have some poisonous seed oil in it

I really like that the bag I received has a full year left before it expires! I’m excited about that! The diced is smaller than I expected but that’s not such a bad thing because it’s easier to eat in snack mix that I made with this pineapple and dehydrated strawberries, dried blueberries, granola, nuts and seeds and I’m still waiting on some cherries to show that I’ll toss in when it arrives. The pineapple only has 3 ingredients, Pineapple, Citric Acid for keeping it fresh and Cane sugar. It’s a bit sweet but not overly sweet, but I would like to cut out as much additives as possible. Trying to do that healthy thing, and hoping to get my Son to learn to like eating healthy while he’s young. I’ll be trying some more products from this company.

They're good, but a bit overly sweet, I though they tasted like over-sweetened raisins to be honest, which makes sense when you consider these berries are soaked in cane sugar. If they were cheaper I'd get more, but at this price point I'm going to be buying raisins and skip the extra sugar.
