Amazing product for the price offered. It works perfect for my CISCO IP phone. Don't need to buy costly RJ9 headphones. I have neck pain problem and need to be on office calls continuously for hours. But now I don't need to hold the handset in awkward position and I can continue to work on my PC while being on the call. However, this adapter was not working for my another IP phone from Avaya. I contacted the seller and he promptly responded to address my issue. They are launching a new product that will work for Avaya as well. I'm eagerly waiting for that. It serves the purpose well, but the quality could have been a little better. There's too much noise on a slightest touch on it, and the voice echoes.. But again, I think this all right for price. Update after a month: I find the noise issue not so critical, I can only feel the loud noise amplify while connecting/disconnecting and if moved too much, apart from that, the jack has been very helpful for me in all my meetings, upvoting it to 4 stars!!

The converter cord looks fine and good quality. was easy to install. Worked fine for the voip phone 7940 model. i was able to use the adapter along with the mobile headphones for a clear conversation using voip phone. Worth the money since it makes the voip hands free and not dependent on speaker, there by maintaining privacy of the conversation. It is easy to switch from headphone mode to speaker mode using the Headphone button in the voip.

Audio works but mic doesn't work on Cisco CP-8941 - so not as marketed. Should have been more specific on what models it works on. Tried with all type of headphones and Uni4 is yet to get back on the solution. Total waste of money.

Great product & great service. As soon as I placed order, I received call from seller to confirm my IP phone model. Seller confirmed that they will provide the cable compatible with my Yealink IP phone. Item was delivered timely by Amazon & and it works perfectly fine. Now no longer holding receiver for lengthy conference calls, as I can use headphones with my IP phone.

Product is fine. DTDC Courier boy neither called not sms that he brought the product. simply gave it to the security and no information passed. Status posted as handed over directly.

Great product especially for those who spend a lot of time on calls over an IP phone and are not at liberty to keep the calls on speaker. I used to use IP phone headsets earlier and had to carry multiple pair of headsets. Now with the RJ9 to 3.5 mm adaptor, I just need to carry my normal 3.5 mm headphones along with the adaptor which is less bulky. The adaptor is working well with my earphones on Cisco IP phone 7942. Voice and mic clarity is amazing.

Works fine, audio is super clear but mike is just ok. It has to be really close or the voice becomes feeble to the listeners in the call/conference. Has some limitations though, works with specific brands of VoIP phones and headsets. Hope the Uni4 comes with a super adapter!
