I have tried many different brands of biotin over the years due to my chronic hair loss, and I can 100% say that these are the best!!! I grew lots of baby hair when I was taking these and it all fell out when I changed brands. Im sticking with these now . Best around !

Have been taking these for about a year now and they have become part of my daily routine, they are not a quick fix but noticed a definite improvement to my nails, and most noticeably my hair after a few months, easy to swallow with no nasty after taste, good price, What’s not to like!

What I really love this tablets are it actually works. I have tried a few with different brands and prices but I think I found the one. I’m in my second bottle now and I’m very happy continuing. It could be to do with my diet I have incorporated more foods that help hair e.g. eggs and spinach. I also moisture my hair weekly, I used coconut oil and leave it on hair for at least a couple of hours and other day I use aloe Vera. It’s not very convenient but that helps the condition of my hair it’s smooth and bounce back to life. Back to the tablets I really genuinely think I have less breakage and falls. It’s amazing!

Just ordered my second bottle of these. The difference I've seen in the last 3 months has been amazing. My nails are growing stronger than ever, my skin looks clearer and my hair has grown 2 inches which is very unusual for me 🤔. Downside though is I'm still losing the same amount in the shower but somehow my hair looks thicker and healthier. Well worth the price and I recommend them.

These are suitable for vegans and vegetarians, even if you are n't veggie, it is reassuring to know that these do not have any nasty animal by-products in. The capsules do loom rather large, however coming from someone who struggles to swallow tablets, I can assure you that there were no problems and I swallowed them with ease-with some water. These have a decent dose of biotin and that is reflected in the results. After a couple of weeks, I noticed an improvement in hair growth with some new hair coming through. Having tried other Biotin supplements, I will definitely be reordering these. I managed to visit my hairdresser just before the lock down and he noticed an improvement in my hair growth and condition.

I am not usually writing many reviews, just when the product really has an impact on me, positive or negative.I am on a wholefoods vegan diet since May, and although had for sure a lot of good effects, I lost huuuge amounts of hair ( starting prior the diet, actually).The fact that I was eating low carbs food for weight loss, and low proteins, contributed for sure for this hair loss problem.I've been taking this biotin supplement for a month now,2 per day, and it happened suddenly, but now I barely loose a few strokes of hair.I can't say it was the biotin intake alone, because I also changed the diet in a normal full range vegan, and also started drinking some protein shakes and the change is tremendous.( and no, wasn't an iron problem, some blood test revealed I had perfect levels of that).I guess from now on just 1 per day will be enough for me.Anyway, I am super satisfied with the results.
