This has really helped restore my gut equilibrium after suffering a bout of IBS . This brand is cheaper than a few others and arrived quickly and well packaged. Silica gel has no taste but it is quite gritty as it is a gel it is easy to swallow but you need to rinse your mouth afterwards to get rid of the grittiness but it is worth it to get your gut back on Track after having a bout of IBS or acute upset GI tract caused by food poisoning or overly rich eating it works quickly and is a life saver for IBS sufferers .

Not sure about it

The gel texture did not sit well with my kids. They both vomited right after swallowing this. I assume it's the gel texture they didn't like. The product probably works well.
