It works but unfortunately it doesn't cover much of an area...needs to be a concentrate that can be mixed with water so that I can do my front pathway ...my path is 18ft x 3ft ..it barely covered it ...Shane really as it is a good product but not good value for money

My ONLY regret is that I didn't take a before video, mainly because my patio was sooooo bad , I literally didn't hold much hope for any Organic cleaners working! I don't often write reviews, but I am just going to start by saying, after buying this product, only 1 , to try , a few days ago , I have just had delivered, another 4 bottles, after purchasing 2 days after using the 1st bottle THIS STUFF IS INSANE!!!!!!!!! With my hand on my heart , I never ever imagined possible, what took place by the next morning!! It was amazing!! It was still fairly patchy , thick patchy , because I had been using sparingly to try and stretch it as far as possible, but I couldn't believe the difference, it was mental ! I immediately decided that I would buy more , having that confirmation, thinking I just needed to give it a good coating. Anyway, looked at it again thus morning.....how shocked was I !!!! It must still be working away , Ini green at all from yesterday's!! In fact, my slabs are the whitest I have seen in past couple of years !!! All the black spots are gone , everything, gone !!! This is the most amazing stuff ever ! Nothing there even to have to brush away or clean up afterwards. Poof , gone ! I have no idea how it evaporated into Nothing, but that is definitely magic !! I would give 10 stars if I could!!

Seems to remove algae well .takes awhile to see it's working .not so good if you have pets that use the area you applied it to have to leave it awhile to dry .

Does what it says , not a strong odor , easy to use

Made the clean bits of my patio look cleaner, however it failed to remove any of the black spots. Administered it diluted as per instructions and left it for 3 days. Then put it on undiluted, 3 times, and left it for 3 days and just gone to give my patio a power wash and it hasn’t removed one black spots

One application worked perfectly for me. In my case our block paved driveway is quite new so not that grubby. However coming out of a wet, miserable winter I noticed a greenish sheen of algae over my smart new driveway :-( I was a bit sceptical that one simple light spraying would sort it. But the following day I could see the effect. The green tint had gone! Couldn't have been easier to use. Will definitely buy this again. I think it's a good idea to keep on top of the problem, those who found it less effective might have a heavier build up perhaps.
