Easier to Use Than My Electric Pump
I really like this Lansinoh manual breast pump. I already have an automatic breast pump, but honestly this one feels much easier and more comfortable for me to use. One thing I noticed right away is that I actually get more milk with this manual pump compared to my electric one, which was a really nice surprise. The suction feels comfortable, and the handle is easy to use without making my hand tired. I also love how simple it is to clean and assemble. Since there are fewer parts, it saves time and makes pumping less stressful, especially during busy days or nighttime use. The included bottle and slow-flow nipple are also very convenient. Overall, this is a great breastfeeding essential and has become one of my favorite pumps to use. Definitely recommend!

Great pump for quick sessions On The Go.
I got this as a backup to my electric pump, and it’s honestly been a lifesaver more times than I expected. It’s lightweight, easy to toss in a diaper bag, and doesn’t require charging or cords — which is great when I just need to relieve pressure or pump a small amount while out. The suction is surprisingly strong for a manual pump once you get the hang of it. The handle is comfortable, and I like that the design lets you adjust how hard you squeeze for better control. Cleaning is quick — just a few parts and nothing tricky to reassemble. It’s not something I’d rely on as my only pump if you’re doing multiple sessions a day, but for travel or quick relief, it’s perfect. I’ve even used it at work a few times when my electric pump wasn’t convenient. Overall, it’s simple, effective, and comfortable — exactly what I hoped for in a manual pump.

Must have
Not gonna lie, when I first got this I barely touched it, I didn't really understand how to use it and my elvie stride was super convenient for walking around the house to pump. Then I got a really bad clogged duct that I was struggling to clear and pulled this thing back out to try. It worked better at clearing the duct than anything else including my baby lol, with this I could hold the suction longer to keep drawing out the milk(and clog) and then pump a couple times again and hold until the milk stopped coming or suction decreased, then pump a few times again etc. It's also nice when you need to get some out quick, or to pump on the opposite side of baby when you let down on the other side. No worrying about tubes and buttons and things you can start and stop just as quick if you need to do something. I use it like a haakaa but the handle and stable base are a lot more user friendly and it's super easy to operate one-handed. It's easy to clean and reassemble but it has a good number of parts. I really like the lansinoh bottles too, they're way more breast shaped than any other I've ever seen and they don't leak, very ergonomic shape to them, my baby loves them. Another thing I love about the pump is the larger flanges, my nipples stretch a ton when feeding and these are so much larger than the tiny ones that come on medela and other brands. I didnt know I needed larger flanges until using this and they are soo much more comfortable. The handle is ergonomic too, your less likely to drop it the way its shaped. The 2 modes took a minute to adjust to operating but once you figure it out it's super easy. It seems very sturdy to me but if it broke I'd happily buy a new one and not think twice. I think every breastfeeding or pumping mom needs this, like I said for clogged milk ducts this was a lifesaver. I've had 5 different expensive pumps and this one I'd say is the most essential, it's great that it's so affordable too!

You need this!!
Let me start off with saying I really don’t write product reviews. I know you probably see that all the time, but I’m serious. This manual hand pump is absolutely amazing. I bought this when I wound up with my baby in the ER and didn’t have a pump and got soooo engorged because LO was stressed out from being in the hospital and wouldn’t latch for more than 5 minutes. I wanted something easy to throw in my diaper bag in case something like that happens again! I have a slight oversupply of milk, nothing crazy, but I can usually get an extra 5-8oz a day. This manual pump empties me so well and so fast!! The flanges are way too big for me, so I did purchase additional flanges that are my size to pop in here and they work great to empty me. I actually think I might prefer this to my electric pumps! I got the Spectra through insurance and a Momcozy wearable from my baby shower and this hand pump empties me better than both of those. On my slacker side, I struggle to get 2oz with an electric pump. With this hand pump I can get 3-3.5oz from my slacker!! I love how strong the suction is and love how quick and easy it is to use. I have already started telling my friends with babies/friends who are pregnant that they need this pump. It’s also great because it fits my Evenflo wide neck bottles! So I can just screw one of those on to pump and now I have a bottle all done and ready. So so convenient - definitely get this!

Does a better job than an electronic pump, but short-lived
UPDATE OCTOBER 2019: So after nearly four months of using this multiple times a day every day, it pretty much died. The suction power diminished, and in-turn, so did my milk production because I was not able to get a good volume out before I noticed it was the pump itself going bad. I switched to a Bellababy manual pump recently, and I am able to get a large volume of milk out now. While this product helped me in the initial stages of pumping, its longevity was short-lived. Three stars for it helping me when I needed it the most, but it is definitely not a five star product that could not stand up for long-term pumping. ------------------------ I just had my first baby via c-section a week ago, and I was discharged from the hospital with a one-week rental of a Medela electronic pump that I was using there during recovery. This hand-held pump supersedes the electric one by far when it comes to comfort and increasing milk output. I was producing about 30ml with each pumping on mid-level with the electric pump, and I was able to do double that amount with less time using this pump. I'm on my second day of use with this, and I am able to output 4 ounces (120ml) to satisfy my baby's tremendous appetite. Not bad as a first-time mom. You can ease into the suction gradually to avoid flying into the ceiling, which is nice because the electronic pump makes it feel like things are getting sucked into a wind tunnel. The nice protective purple edges around the suction cups add so much comfort. The parts to the machine are basic and easy-to-clean, but my only gripe is the pump handle assembly that tends to trap water, so you have to really shake it around to get all the water out. Otherwise, this is a fantastic product and I am glad it did not make me completely shy away from offering breastmilk like the Medela electric pump did.

Works amazingly and super easy to use!
This manual pump surprised me in the best way. It’s comfortable, simple to set up, and gets milk out quickly without hurting. The suction is strong but gentle, and the handle is easy on the hands even during longer sessions. It’s also lightweight and perfect for throwing in a diaper bag or using on the go. Honestly, for the price, the quality is fantastic. A great backup or even an everyday pump if you prefer manual pumping. I’m really happy with it!

Better than Medela Harmony
FYI: This is my first postpartum Amazon review so you know this product is highly recommended by me! After getting multiple blisters (and then clogs caused by those blisters) from my electric pumps, I had to resort to using a manual pump. I was using the Medela Harmony for the past three months as my primary pump - up to 8 pumping sessions per day! The suction wasn't great but I was making it work by pumping faster. I wasn't expecting this pump to work as well as the Medela but it is so much better. The suction is far superior, the 30.5 flange size is perfect, and it is so easy to wash. I found mold in the handle of my Medela pump due to the milk flowing up into the handle as the air flows in and out of the pump. This pump prevents that from happening so I don't expect to have any issues with milk drying in the handle area. The only issue now is that I have all these Medela bottles and no extra Lansinoh bottles so I'll need to order more. Lastly, this pump is QUIET! I couldn't talk on the phone and use my Medela pump at the same time since it made noise as the air moved through the pump. The Lansinoh pump is completely silent and you can only hear the milk dripping down. Overall: - Great suction which means less time pumping - Perfect flange size for me - Easy to clean - No milk backflow up towards handle - Absolutely quiet, perfect for multitasking on a phone call or middle of the night pumping Although it isn't ideal to use a manual pump for every session, it helped build my supply up from ~15 ounces per day to ~40 ounces per day over 2 months, thanks to emptying my breasts and hand massage at the same time. Other products I'd recommend with this: Mother Love nipple cream (not lanolin), Lansinoh milk storage bags, and any breast roller for massaging the breast tissue while you pump (more fatty milk and increased flow with massage).

Lansinoh Must have
For breast feeding mums this is a must have product. I checked reviews of various other brands before buying this one and I am glad I picked the right brand. I am a true lansinoh fan and all it’s products are just wonderful and made considering the actual requirements Of a new Mum . Along with this I also use lansinoh pads, storage bags, bottles etc. everything is just worth praising and yes value for money too. I will rate it 5 stars and more!!!!!

Beste handpomp

It works!
It is very simple to dismantle and clean and set up again. I love that you simply pump have a storage lid for stand by or have a bottle ready to go.
