A vitamin we all need
I've been buying this brand for over a year and it has been great! When you live in northern climes where you get very little sunshine, you must take vitamin D. Most of us don't have enough in our systems. Ask your doctor to do a blood test and see how low your level is and then start taking it. It is a great price and it will boost your levels. So many diseases are caused by a lack of vitamins and especially vitamin D.

i haven't had any quality problems with any vitamin D suppliments that i've gotten from amazon. but these were the best value at the time i purchased. i'm not gonna rant on about the benefits i've had from vitamin D, if you're looking at this you probably already know all about that. a good buy

Good Product But Some Capsules Had Rough Texture
This is a good product. No unpleasant smell or taste. Nonetheless, I deducted one star because some of the capsules in 1 bottle had a somewhat rough texture and may get stuck in the throat.

Vitamin D saved my life!
I take these every other day (Mon/ Wed/Fri) then none on the weekend's. Before I started my vitamin D I was always exhausted & my muscles were weak. My Doctor said my levels were deathly low. I was on 5000 IUs a day for 30 days to bring it up now its just every other day. It seems to work my levels are where they need to be & I'm sure once I move & am able to get out in the fresh air & sunshine my dosage will go down.
