Perfect Replacement
The installation was pretty quick and painless. I looked up a bunch of videos on YouTube just to make sure I did everything correctly since this my first attempt at fixing a computer. I compared it to the old one I took out and it matched up perfectly, and is keeping my laptop perfectly cool. I run Pro Tools on my laptop which is incredibly demanding (especially since my laptop is a bit underpowered for it) but the fan kept the computer cool through a full 3 hour recording session!

Perfect replacement part
Got a used MacBook for my daughter it kept locking up or running slow when doing more than email/web browsing figured out the fan wasn’t running replacement is a little more intense than battery or hard drive but doable computer works like it should now

Good replacement
Excellent replacement for my fan. Fit perfectly and worked right away. It doesn’t come with a new mounting screw so if you need that you’ll need to buy one separately. It looks exactly like the Apple fan that comes in a MacBook.

Why buy a new MacBook if you can fix the real problem?
I thought my MacBook Pro was a goner when the fan died, but my husband did some research, watched a bunch of YouTube videos, and way quicker than I thought possible, he had me up and running again. He did have to buy a special tool kit because the insides of a MacBook are so small, but, all in all, it was well worth the investment.

Easy installation
This fan was a great replacement for my 13” MacBook Pro 2016. All I had to do was watch YouTube videos on how to install it and it took me about 10 min! Works like a charm now. No more loud noises

Came dead on arrival
I have done several fan replacements in MacBooks. I usually try to use Ifixit parts, but this time I went aftermarket due to the speed in which they got it to me.After install I monitored fan speed and it could not even be controlled manually. Now I have to get another fan and reinstall. Go for a different brand so you don’t waste your time and money.

Works fine
Installed this in a early 2015 MBP and it is woking perfect. Dont forget to reset the SMC after you install the fan.
