I gave this to someone as a gift so I was very pleasantly surprised that a Pandora gift box was sent with the charm. Made it perfect! *Just a heads up* - they send the charm in its own little plastic bag which is *beside* the gift box - they are both separate inside the outer bag - don’t be like me and open the gift box first and think that the charm is not there!!! I got a massive fright until I noticed it was in its own little separate see-through bag, and not inside the gift box as I was expecting!! :)

A nice charm looks good on the bracelet & most important of all my wife likes it.

Finally got round to buying my better half a Pandora bracelet. She loves it and me buying her cute heart shaped charms buys me brownie point. This one looks great on her bracelet. Warning can be expensive if your three daughters have Pandora bracelets too😂

Arrived on time. Gave it as a birthday gift and the recipient loved it. Comes in a basic box (not really a proper gift box as such) but it represents good value for money. Would buy again.
