This is not a lift though, my springs were just sagging that bad. Review: they fit fine in my f150 - both front springs were broken in my 2001 F150 2wd and these brought the nose back up to factory height and combined with new shocks they ride great.

they fit fine in my f150

NOT an OEM replacement for F150.
If you are buying these coil springs to replace your OEM springs on your 97-03 (and 04 heritage) F150, DON'T! Moog says these are OEM replacement but they are WAY WAY stiffer. My truck was literally bouncing down the road. I thought it might have been my new Bilstein shocks and gave them a call. The guy at Bilstein asked if I also replaced my coil springs with Moog springs and told me that was no doubt the problem. He was right. Swapped them out and all was good again.
