I’ve purchased this chocolate 3 times now. Both my husband and I love nibbling on a piece of this in the evening especially if sipping on a nice Cabernet. It has a nice snap and is the perfect balance of dark chocolate that satisfies the palate like no other. So good. Highly recommended.

The product is excellent, although the packaging was damaged in shipping, so the re-sealable bag was non-functional. Aside from that, the chocolate is very good.

I buy these every Christmas! These take your baking to a step above! Most chocolate has wax in it or a binding agent for consistency. This baking chocolate has 1000x more flavor and melts on your tongue! I can taste a major difference between it and most baking chocolate. This chocolate can be used in chocolate molds, be drizzled over treats, or used in something as chocolate chip cookies (they'll beat anything you've tasted). Yes, they are more expensive than what you'd find at the grocery store, but it's totally worth the money when you taste the final result.

Bought this overpriced chocolate for making chocolates at home when my local shop closed and I could not buy my usual product. What a disappointment! Was making Easter chocolates with my grandchildren and this stuff never got hard enough to wrap even after tempering and refrigeration. I have been making homemade chocolates for 30+ years and never have had such a problem. It stayed sticky and nothing could be wrapped in foils. Bought the dark chocolate also which did slightly better but touching the molded pieces still leaves fingerprints. Also, the flavor of the dark chocolate is like Nestle's Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips instead of the more complex flavor I am used to. Do not recommend.
