Yes. That is what this product is used for it is a heat defense product.

Can this prooduct be used with hot rollers?

It’s an oil . It’s light and if you don’t use too much your hair should absorb it . I’ve used a curling iron with it so I would assume hot rollers would work okay too .

Does this product provide heat protection to 400 degrees?

Yes,I bought it for heat protection from my flat iron and leave my hair filling soft and will purchase it again.
