If you have a house...this is a must have!
Every homeowner should use this if there are trees on or near your property! I've used this with each of the houses I've owned in the past & with my current home, which is a manufactured home. Use it twice a year to keep tree roots away, can save you costly repairs. It's safe to use, doesn't have an offensive smell & will not damage the home's main water line. Pour the entire contents of the bottle of crystals down the toilet that's closet to your home's main water line. To avoid clogging the toilet, pour the crystals in small amounts, then flush the toilet after each poured amount. Continue this method until all contents of the bottle is empty. This product is very effective & definitely worth the price! I highly recommend this!

Every 6 months like clock work.
Every 6 months like clock work. Plumber recommended to keep this on the calendar and I do not miss it! Easy to use. Price is ok. Doesn't have a strong oder. I have old terra cotta pipes and this was recommended to prevent root damage. I recommend too.

I know we'll have to deal with that tree in the next few years but this is a good temporary fix.
It does the thing. Just don't wait until your system's fully clogged. We use it 2x/year and it clears the roots over time. I usually dump half in the bowl & flush right before leaving for work (so it has several hours to work) and then do another treatment about a week later. No issues since I started doing that three years ago.

Keeps the Roots in Check
Used this to deal with roots in the line, and itโs been doing exactly what I needed. Itโs easy to useโjust follow the directions and let it do its thing. Since using it, I havenโt had the same issues popping back up, so it seems to be keeping the roots at bay like itโs supposed to. Not much else to sayโitโs one of those products you hope works quietly in the background, and so far, it has. Overall, solid preventative maintenance that helps avoid bigger headaches later.

Works like magic!!!!
Works like magic. 2 times a year, I put a whole container (small amounts at a time throughout the day) into my toilet and flush it. It keeps my main clear of tree roots. It was mostly clogged when I moved in 13 years ago and the plumber who took care of it gave me this little tip -- I have never had a problem since.
