Cleanly formulated
I’m very pleased with Carlyle L-Methylfolate 1000 mcg. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I really appreciate that it’s the activated form (L-methylfolate)—great for absorption. The value size (200 capsules) is excellent and lasts a long time. I also like that it’s Non-GMO and cleanly formulated. Overall, great quality at a fair price. I will definitely repurchase.

The stuff shows up on time, seems low cost compared to alternatives, has been part of my morning regime for years and just is convenient. Who knows how well it works but like the Hippocratic oath says (maybe) “first do no harm.” It has met that criteria.

These are a bit more expensive than buying folic acid, but my doctor recommended this brand and said folate is much better than folic acid. Your body can absorb and use folate easier. Most of folic acid is excreted through waste, so you’re just flushing away money. These supplements are a bio available form of folic acid.

Better price than my last brand, but slightly larger pill
Need to take them with a lot of water or they’ll stick in your esophagus and then release very uncomfortable powder into your throat. I literally burped a dust cloud. Guess I was too cocky after switching from small tablets to the capsules. No other weird events or side effects. Good price point.

I have the MTHFR gene mutation so I have to use this. Blood work is way better.
