This tool is GREAT!! The ordering process couldn’t have been easier and the delivery arrived on time. The best part though was that this attachment performed beyond my expectations. We have two long haired dogs and occasionally sit for our grand cats. I’ve been searching for a while for a vacuum attachment that works well for removing hair from upholstery and bedding. Others I’ve tried either suck up the fabric being vacuumed or the brush gets bound up by hair wrapping around it. This attachment has neither of those issues. It’s light weight, ability to be used vertically or horizontally (the front rotates), and adjustable suction make it great for stairs and draperies too. I highly recommend this tool.

I have been waiting for a tool like this. It makes getting up dog hair and doing stairs a cinch. You can press down on upholstery to get the stubborn hair and it keeps working, unlike the air driven ones. There's even a suction control to back off the suction some for more delicate items. The only drawback is I still have to do the vacuuming but this sure makes it easier.

Buyer beware. Ordered this for my NV801. What I received was NOT an xmbrush800. That part should have RED bristles, the one I received has grey bristles and doesn’t fit. Opened a claim and asked for a replacement. Replacement arrived today and it is also NOT an xmbrush800 and even better it’s DIFFERENT than the first one.Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra bucks and buy direct from Shark.

I have no idea how we got the stairs this clean before we used this with our Shark NV800. Oh, wait...we didn't! Works great on the furniture too. Seems well made and rugged. The motor is electric, so you don't have a turbine run by the vacuum that is stealing all your suction power, and the roller does NOT stall. Super easy to disassemble and reassemble to clean the roller when done. If you only buy one accessory for your Shark NV800 - this is the one to get.

This does not fit my shark duo clean NV800 my handle has 3 prongs this item only has 2 where it plugs in. Other than that it seems an ok product.

Does not fit as stated ,I bought this to fit a shark NV801 and it does not,very disappointed and had to return.

Love this for sucking up my short hair German Shepard fur off furniture and stairs. Well constructed and been using for 3 months several times.

This is the perfect tool to use on stairs or other small places where you need a rotary brush. I love how it cleans up my stair treads without the bulk of the main unit.
