I am 5'5", and 126. The small belt fit perfect. This belt is beautiful, high quality, and fair price. I purchased another embroidery belt from a different seller on Amazon, and was Very disappointed. It was hand embroidered, but honestly looked like it was purchased from K-mart. That belt was returned at my expense. Oh, it was even more expensive than the Equine Lilly belts. I love embroidered belts, and will only buy throughEquine Couture Lilly, because I know there quality.
