Great item!
So much easier than getting the tool out. Saves so much time. Would recommend.

Very, very sturdy. Nice fit and finish. And it can be useful in a YJ!
YJ owners - these can work for you too! But not the way they're used in the newer models. I bought these anchors along with the optional strap loops because I thought they might fit in the vertical c-channels along my tub walls, and I was right. It's like they were made for it. I wanted something to use with my nylon straps and bungee cords, to strap stuff down in my bed area. Once I got them, I found that they also work great to replace my wingnuts that were holding my desert jack onto my hood. If you do this, you might want to add another washer to keep the rubber from compressing too much, but keep the rubber since it acts almost like a lock washer, keeping things form vibrating loose. To use teh side channels, you need to pull up the plastic pin and remove it temporarily. I don't know that this pin is in there for, maybe as a hard stop for the OEM soft top supports, but my soft top is aftermarket now. But you can push the square nuts into the channel from the very rear of the bed. Now that I found a good location, I'm going to drill some holes through the channel so that the T-handle can sit firmly against the strap loop without any looseness. Now for the review part. the T-handles are very large and comfortable to rotate. They are made of a very solid feeling plastic, really robust and much better than other common t-handles I've used. The finish is very nice, well molded without and sink marks or mold seams. They seem able to last much longer than ones I've used in the past, which are easily nicked or broken if someone is not careful loading gear (my kids see to it that all our fear is severely tested). The strap tie downs (not included in this kit) are rather thick and heavy, and all the edges are nicely rounded so no risk of chafing the traps. They also work under my desert jack, so I can tie tents and bags to my hood if I want. Really nice, and the black color is well applied.

Good Product
Very good product that was easy to install. Giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because it won't allow the cover hiding the electrical connector to be re-installed properly.

Works well enough
Not heavy duty, but worked well for my needs to add support for strapping medium weight luggage down.

Quick Release Anchors
They Look Great!! When installing to line up the anchors you have to find the right place in the threads so they will line up the same direction and don't over tighten!!

Good Quality but Thin
These are nicely made, but too thin for my purpose, a little less than an eighth of an inch thick (2.5mm). I’m still going to use them just double them up.

Moderate quality
The quality of the plastic handles seems decent, we will see how long they last when under pressure. The quality of the tiedown is poor. That part is just a cheap, thin, pressfit clamp over a small shackle, likely to bend with any kind of real tension put on it. There are a lot of small pieces, no instructions. Not sure where the square black metal pieces go, for example. A sticker indicates “made in China“, I thought these were US-made, my bad.

I put these under the bolts that hold the rear top onto my Jeep Wrangler JL
I put these into the rear interior of my 2018 Jeep JL Wrangler 2-door. I backed out the factory bolts that hold on the top, then put the bolts back with these plates in place. I use 1" wide nylon straps from rollercam (highly recommended) to fasten down items placed in the back. Most of the time the rear seat is out of the Jeep. In its place I put plastic boxes in back when I go overlanding. I strap these to the factory D clips in the floor. But lighter stuff I put on top of the boxes that I want to keep in place, like a small cooler and a memory foam bedroll, I use the aforementioned straps and these D-plates. They protrude only as far as necessary to expose the strap slot. The rounded edges avoid catching things. They are very discrete, and very helpful to have when you need extra tie-down points.

Fit on my 99 TJ Wrangler in the hard top bolt holes, useful for securing tie down straps.

These are good. Great for a jkur. Just check them a few times during the winter. May loosen a bit. Easy to use though.

There is some interference between the handle and the side of the hardtop in my Jeep JLU. Even if indicated as compatible it seems not…
