I used these wheels to replace some wheels on older luggage. These wheels worked better that the original wheels, they run smooth and quiet.

Replacement for Pelican Storm case. Perfect fit with two washers on either side of each wheel to keep them centered. Better that original wheels, smooth and silent.

We own 4 Rubbermaid Roughneck 32 gallon wheeled trash cans and they've served us well for about 7 years now (we use them for lawn clippings). Recently, the wheels on 2 of the cans started to self destruct (see "Before" photo, they look like retread tires that have lost their tread). I'm too darn cheap to replace a perfectly good trash can just because the wheels have gone bad. Unfortunately, it appears as if Rubbermaid does not sell replacement wheels for these cans (I assume they want you to purchase a whole new can). So I took measurements of the axle and original wheels and decided that these wheels might make a suitable replacement. With the addition of a replacement push on cap nut, a couple of washers and a 1/4 inch spacer, the replacements fit and work perfectly (see "After" photo). Now I'm looking to get at least another 7 years out of these trash bins.

The wheels themselves are decent wheels. They do not however fit all pelican cases. I bought them for a 1510. While they are the proper diameter, they are not the proper width.

Works great for what I needed

The wheels on my Hardigg/Pelican iM2950 Stormcase had totally worn out. After careful measurements, I ordered these. They fit perfectly. The existing Pelican wheel axles fit the replacement wheel bearings exactly. Per other reviews, the urethane wheels seem to give a smoother and more shock absorbing "roll" than the former hard rubber wheels. Replacement is easy. I lightly greased the axles at installation. Because of the amount of "wiggle room" between the wheels on the axles and the sides of the wheel enclosure, I added a couple of steel washers on either side of the wheel, which still allowed enough wiggle room but tightened up the clearance. This space had been present on the original wheels too. I am very pleased with the result. The 64 mm diameter wheel may give slightly more ground clearance for the rolling case than the originals but still have plenty of clearance inside the wheel enclosure. This is the largest standard skate wheel I could find that would fit the case. The bearings in these replacement wheels are fine -- especially for rolling a stormcase instead of inline skating!

Have a couple bags that see a lot of use and bought these to replace damaged wheels. Appear to be much higher quality than the originals but time will tell. I'm sure the airlines will do their best to damage them. One thing to note for would be buyers, disassembly of your bag and original wheel removal can be challenging. There are usually peened over axles or rivets that need to be removed. If you're handy with a drill shouldn't be a problem but I'd advise you to do some disassembly to make sure you have what you need to perform the task before ordering.

The seat on my Schwinn rowing machine was not functional as one of the wheels wore out. I searched all fitness part replacement sites and the part is no longer available. A reviewer on Amazon suggested these inline skate wheels so I thought I would give them a try. They are perfect and a perfectly good rowing machine I would have had to trash is functioning once again. Thank you so much to the reviewer who took the time to leave their comments!
