Not sure if I noticed any difference or not they came on time they they are definitely in a bottle that says that their vitamins who am I to say whether or not what's in the vitamin is actually in the vitamin I'm not going to pay anything to have them tested I took them for a while say about a month and decided these things were too huge to swallow and I'm not going to do it so I'm going to go back to store brand because at least those are gummy I can't find anything gummy that's got iron in it for women that don't have things that I don't need so I don't mind some things but some of the things that it has in it I'm not supposed to have more of and the two very things I need aren't in this one simultaneously so I got to go back to what I knew best and these are horse pills hard to swallow just saying I'd rather have the gummies anyway at least I know they're digesting
