Great for what it is designed for.
Great for rust. Did not work on marble. As described.

Didn't work for me!
Watched the videos, looks like a lot of research and German engineering went into this product, and the price definitely reflects it. Poured a small amount on a 3 inch rust stain on my carrara marble bathroom vanity. Waited 10 minutes and wiped off with water. Absolutely nothing happened. No purple residue, no change in color. Smelled horrible too, like rotten eggs. Was hoping it would work but ultimately didn't do jack squat. Might move on to stronger and cheaper products, even if it etches the surface.

So So
Works better than a lot of products, but it streaks the gray marble. Even tried to "scrub" it in. Where is sets, does help the staining and we have very rusty water. Works better on the white with scrubbing, but not 100%. You will notice a difference. Wish it worked well on the grout areas also. Have to find something that works on that without harming the marble.

Works! Removed 90% of old rust stain from white marble
It works! I was desperate after a metal cannister left a dark rust stain on my white marble bathroom counter, which was there for 12+ months. I had to use this 3-4 times (each time, the rust stain got fainter and fainter), and after the last time, the rust stain effectively disappeared! There are a couple of very faint rust-colored marks but they are so faint they basically blend into the marble. Very satisfied - used this as a last ditch effort!

No Effect on Older Rust Stains
A several years old rust stain on our marble bathroom floor appeared basically unchanged after several applications. The product might be more effective on less entrenched stains, but I have no way of telling.

Need to apply multiple times!
I had a very small rust spot on my new marble vanity top from a soap dispenser. I followed the instructions exactly, but had to reapply it 6 times and still didn’t get all the rust out. It helped lighten, but not totally gone. Should be sold in smaller bottles for less money!
