How do i remove lid from frame

Just remove the 3 screws and lift it off using a lever of some sort

Is there a seal between lid and frame available for it?

Not sure on that. Personally I don’t see the needs for one. It screws down to a tight fit. The lid has an inner lip on the underside that slots snug into a groove within the base. It covers my sewer outlet. Easy to site, it looks good, it is totally secure with no leakage or aroma and is very reasonable on price. It does exactly what it said it’ll do. I have no issues with it whatsoever.

Does this fit onto a 45cm inspection chamber

Yes it also comes with a collar so anything out to 500 mm should be fine

What's the maximum weight limit it will withstand if driven over.

Rated as B125 'driveway' safe to take 12.5 tonnes weight, however if your driveway is often mounted by delivery vehicles or dustbin lorries, you should consider a C250 load rating.
