Universal Maintenance Oil, B621

Used this on my freshly layed walnut coloured oiled oak engineered wood flooring. I wasn't happy with the depth of colour it originally had and it also had a few scuffs from me moving furniture around so I bought this product.I applied it with a brush but that wasn't the best idea as it did mean a slightly uneven coat and certain areas took well over the 6 hours the bottle suggests to dry but if you rub over once dried with a dry cloth they buff out nicely. I will user a roller next time and apply in thinner coats.The result was it brought out the beautiful depth of colour in the wood. This is a clear product so it was the floorings natural colour and it's beautiful. It also gave it a little more resistance to spillages which is a bonus. All the scuffs and light scratches have also been toned down and are barely noticeable.The only thing I would say is, it isn't a matte finish. It has a slight lustre to it which I actually like.Well worth buying, easy to apply and makes your floors look Great.

Oiled wood floor looked great when payed 8 years ago. Still does except around dining table where constant dragging of chairs has taken its toll. I didn’t deal with it in a timely fashion and now it looks really dry and shabby. Thought I’d have to pay a professional to sand and redcoat or even replace floor. Saw this and thought I’d give it a try. One coat on shabby area and WOW! Okay, I can see where the floor looked shabby but anyone visiting would not spot the difference. What a magnificent product.

Takes a lot longer to properly dry than the stated time on the tin, even under ideal summer conditions, did the floors in stages making sure the treated areas had a good day and night to dry.Beautiful finish, has more of a lustre to it than the normal matt finish but prefer it (not glossy).A little goes a hell of a long way so dont feel you have to over order if you think "1 can will be tight".

This oil is used and recommended by my local wooden floor company. I use it as a general wood maintenance oil for my floors and also old wood furniture.

Super product. Easy to apply but only purchase sufficient quantity for immediate use. I found that it does not store well for long.

Great product, makes a big difference to our oak floor. Smells good too and easy to apply.

Excellent help from staff member re use of product. Gives a soft sheen to look of floor.Overall l am very pleased.
