Yes. This is soda lime glass. Does not contain lead.

Will the glass not break if the tea is too hot?

Not at all. I like my tea really hot and these little glasses withstand boiling temperatures. In addition, I’ve placed them in the dishwasher which uses steaming water and I’ve had no issues to the quality of the glasses or saucers.
