is this going to move around a lot on a belt smaller than 2"?

Yes. Even if you put it on a belt that's reinforced for every day carry (i.e., that's thicker than a regular trouser dress belt), the slots on this hanger are simply too big. They are meant for use with a 2.25" duty belt. My suggestion: get a good quality, 2.25" nylon duty belt that's been reinforced with a polymer stiffener (I trust Safariland or Blackhawk), mount the UBL on it with the holster of your choice and wear it over your trouser belt with keepers to hold the duty belt in place over your trouser belt. If you want you can also mount a mag pouch or speed loader carrier to it as well. If you're considering using this product with a holster, you're obviously not overly concerned about concealment. Nylon duty belts are fairly inexpensive, lightweight, and they're weather resistant and nearly maintenance free.

does this work for a left handed setup?

Yes it will work for right or left handed holsters.

is this the 2inch or 2.25?

Its in the bio, depends what you want

Does fit on a 6360 holster? Also do I need to get a new paddle to attach the holster to?

Yes it fits a 6360 holster. No you will not need a new paddle.
