At one point I took it while traveling and almost didn’t make it in time, so lesson learned: plan ahead. I highly recommend using this when you’re staying home and have easy access to a bathroom. Overall, it’s effective for what it claims (especially for temporary water weight), but you need to use it carefully and be aware of how strong it is. I started having strong intestinal cramps, so I adjusted the dosage — now I take it once a day, sometimes twice at most — and that works much better for my body. For this reason, I’m taking it only twice a day, which feels much more manageable. I’ve been using it for about five days now, and it’s working, but I would not recommend the full three times daily. Overall, it’s a great product with beautiful packaging — just be careful with the dosage.

What a nice, smooth starter kit to weightloss. I’m on day two and just had my afternoon glass of goji berry. It says to take 30 minutes before meal. I added a bit of honey for the taste. It smells and tastes really good. I like how it has instructions on the box and the back of the tea bags. They come in foil wraps, that’s the best part so I know it’s fresh. You can smell the freshness too. It also has the days all over as well. So excited about this tea!! Good price to start.
