I was skeptical, but it worked!
I've been suffering with plantar fasciitis in one foot for close to a year, and have tried stretching exercises and lots of rest, to no avail. So I got this NightSock in a last-ditch effort before I go to a podiatrist and get charged lots of money to wear a horrible full-foot brace for weeks or months. The first night I tried it, I used it as-is, with the plastic stiffener insert in the toes. I wasn't aggressive with the angle, I just wanted to try to get used to sleeping with it. I woke up after two hours, and my big toenail hurt like crazy, and I had to take it off. The next night I removed the plastic thing from the toe area, and tried it again. I almost made it all the way through the night, but again my big toenail took a beating, and hurt a lot. I did, however, for the first time in months, get out of bed and hobble around with much less pain than usual, so I was psyched about that. So the third night I decided to just loosen the strap all the way and wear it like a regular sock. That worked fine, and my toenail was happy, but of course it didn't do anything for me since I had the strap completely loose. So, the fourth night, I decided to try something slightly different. I again adjusted the strap so that my foot was held at a very comfortable 120-degree angle, and *then* when I put the sock on, I didn't pull it all the way up like usual. I just left like 1/2 and inch or so of slack in the end, so that my toes were really comfortable, yet it would still prevent my foot from extending past 120-130 degrees when I tried to point my toe. That worked! I got all the way through the night, no toenail pain, and the next morning when I got out of bed there was a very noticeable improvement. I kept at this for about a week, got very used to wearing the sock, and I was walking with much less pain during the day. I wanted more improvement, so I started tightening the strap 1/2" at a time each night, until I got to 90-degrees. I didn't go any further than that. After a couple of months, I am almost pain-free now! Sometimes I skip wearing it at night, but I do better the next day if I do wear it. I'm able to hike and exercise again, and I'm sure that in a few months I'll be able to stop wearing the NightSock altogether, unless I have a flare-up.

Needs a otc orthotic inside the sock
Sock is too narrow. It jams/bunches my toes on top of each other. I’m a men’s size 12. I slipped in my Sole brand (full foot) insert. This semi-rigid insert: Spreads the sock out widthwise. Supports big toe from being overly bent. Allows me to walk to bathroom on the insert. Is more comfortable to sleep. 5 stars if this was sold with the intention of adding an otc orthotic. I will change my rating to 5 stars if my PF goes away. I’ve had PF once before and have been thru the full circle of medical remedies. This setup may be the ticket.

Works great, but comfort is an issue.
These work well. I noticed an immediate decrease in pain level when getting out of bed in the morning in relation to Plantar Fasciitis. My only issue is the discomfort cause to the tips of my smaller toes which typically wakes after 3-4 hours. I believe this is due to the removable plastic insert. This piece is designed straight across, and does follow the natural curvature of my foot. I removed the insert last night and it was better, however, the stretch was not as good as before since the toes were not supported and pointed towards the knee. For some, it may work perfect with the inserts. For me, not so much. Overall, I recommend this product with 4 Stars.

RETURNING IT!
I am returning the ProStretch NightSock. You only get 1 for $37.70 - not a pair of socks🧦. As pictured, the indentations in my foot after 1 night are ridiculous & highly unexpected. I doubt that is safe to continue every night. Additionally, the cat got sick (sorry for visual) & I needed to jump out of bed. I couldn't get the dumb thing off the way I put it on because the velcro was stuck tight. I just had to slide it off instead. I slept fine with it, but when I woke up this morning, I realized it slid down my calf. The directions tell you snug, but do not let it cut off circulation which is what I did. After just 1 night, the velcro made several snag marks in the material & walking to the bathroom picks up every little hair, etc. from the carpet. Luckily, Amazon fulfilled my 12/7/2019 order so I completed the return request online & will drop off at Kohl's today 12/20/2019.

Works great if you remember to wear them to bed, lol
These socks were recommended at a local foot store for my plantar facitis, I was skeptical at first but after wearing for a week, my pain in the morning is much lower that I am able to walk without crying in pain. I went and bought a 2nd pair and e of the best purchases ever but somedays I forget to wear and pay the price next morning

Had to Return
I have tried just about every different kind of night splint for plantar fasciitis. Unfortunately, this is one that I ended up returning. While the minimalistic concept seemed good, I found it to be very uncomfortable. It felt like it was pinching my toes. Also, the lack of support under my foot itself caused my foot muscles to strain more and led to waking up with cramps in that foot. I realize that eventually my foot may have adjusted to it, but I decided to go with a sturdier splint that braced my foot from underneath and long the back of my calf.

Easy to use and pretty comfortable overnight!
Ordered a different product that I returned because it was too complicated. Finally used this ProStretch NightSock last night and woke up pretty much pain free. I did remove the plastic toe cup to make it more comfortable. So far so good after 1 night! Wearing it overnight didn't disrupt my sleep. I'm happy with the ease of using this product for my plantar faciitis.

Outstanding!
I learned about this product through the Physical Therapists, Bob & Brad, on YouTube. Initially I didn't think this product would work, but it does. I've never had Plantar Fasciitis pain so badly like this in my foot, but after wearing this every day while sitting at my desk doing work, watching tv, reading, etc. I've noticed a huge difference. While I do not wear it at night when sleeping, I'll put it on a few minutes before getting out of bed in the morning and it makes a world of a difference. It's much more comfortable than the splint my podiatrist gave me. It's also machine washable and the plastic piece by the toes can be removed if that causes discomfort. Excellent product. I may purchase another one.

Besviken
Besviken.

Actually works
Absolutely fantastic Bit tricky the first night you use it and it takes a couple of nights but it works releasing the pain.

Useful additional treatment for plantar fasciitis.
It is helpful for PF but you do have to go slow and only increase the flex in small increments over several weeks. It should take you at least a few weeks before you wear it all night. Downside is it gets bobbly and scruffy easily due to the Velcro. Only had mine for a week or so and it looks like I’ve worn it for a 10mile trek.

Brilliant information- genuinely reduced my foot pain
These are a life changer! Within a few days of use I could step out of bed without suffering any pain. The first time I used this I did the straps too tight and it was really uncomfortable. Then I realised that they don’t need to be tight and then I could wear them every night comfortably. I had really painful plantar fasciitis and this sock really made all the difference to this painful and crippling condition. Highly recommend!
