Very well made, durable, protective, and accessible. USB port and screen fold-out fully useable without loosening or removing case. As with any camera case of this type, the battery and SD card access on the bottom of the camera require removing the case. This is not a design flaw, it's the nature of where Sony placed the access door for them -- a decision, no doubt, based on the overall size of the camera and available exterior surface next to adjoining interior space. XEVN's case design is as good as it gets for this camera.

This fits my RX100 III perfectly and is held in by the screw that fits in the tripod hole in the bottom of the camera. The outer portion of this screw is drilled and tapped so you fit it to a tripod while still in the case. The case looks like leather and the inside is lined with a soft suede like material which should help further protect the camera against knocks and scratches and this same material is used on the underside of the strap to provide a non-slip surface. I have been carrying this camera in a bag but will be using this case to further take advantage of the camera's small size and will leave the bag in the car to retain the extra batteries and SD cards during hikes. A great little case at a good price. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that I have not had it long enough to rate it on Durability.

I bought this to protect my new Sony rx100 m3, and it fits great, it’s hard to find a perfect case that fits perfectly and so Ofcourse this doesn’t fit perfectly because it’s a universal case, but it does the job and it was great for the price. I’m definitely going to be using this case from now on when we go on adventures. And I love the vintage vibe it gives off too.

In theory, it's very cute and fits well if you're only looking to protect the camera. However, it's not very functional for taking photos on the go, it can get in the way and slows you down when you're trying to capture quick moments.

The primary purpose of having a case is to protect the camera. This case serves that purpose well. The material is thicker than I expected, which is a good thing. The bottom has the most padding so it provides a lot of cushion if the camera falls and hits the bottom. The back also has good padding so if something were to strike the back of the camera, the LCD should not be broken. All other parts have adequate padding so this is a really good case to protect the camera. However, there are a few drawbacks. First of all, the fit and finish isn't great. If you look closely, the quality isn't there but that's a cosmetic issue. The bottom screw is threaded so in theory, you can attach the camera to a tripod. However, the thread goes through the thick base cushion so the camera will be wobbly if you try attach it to a tripod without first removing the case. The enclosed straps are pretty flimsy but that's not a problem for me. I have always had a good aftermarket strap from one of the respected brands so this was not a drawback for me. One cannot access the battery compartment without taking the camera out of the case. This is a minor inconvenience but not a showstopper for me. Also and because of the bulk of the case, the camera is no longer "pocketable". However, it was always questionable whether I would carry the camera in my pocket so I don't consider this a drawback, either. At the end of the day, this case provides superior protection for the camera and that's really all that matters.

I bought this camera to use as a point and shoot and it does very well for this type of photography. I also wanted the low light capability with the 1" sensor. This camera is capable of taking great point and shoot pics or if you are wanting to play with more technical aspects of photography, it has that capability also. The zoom is limited but if you edit your photos, you do have a lot of flexibility in enlarging digitally. We travel a lot and I enjoy the photography of our travels. We just returned from two weeks visiting castles and cathedrals and I was very pleased with the photos that I shot. A $200 - $300 camera just can't do what this camera can. This camera is a little heavier than I anticipated, but not excessive. You will need to go on line and download and print the manual. The reviews I read that rated this camera low, I believe were due to not reviewing the manual. It's a great camera, but a little pricey. I would purchase it again.

Excellent camera case for the Sony RX camera.It looks good, protects the camera and is easy to use and is certainly better than my previous case that attached to my belt. When in use I leave it around my neck and just unclip it when I want to take a photo.
