Will this bike rack fit a 2016 Subaru Forester with stock crossbars?

The bike rack should fit your stock crossbars. I am currently using this rack on my stock VW crossbars.

Will this fit for 2017 Subaru Impreza hatchback with stock roof bars? Kind of slim oval shaped bars

I have yet to receive this from this vendor that was ordered on the 1st and due the 14th... it’s now the 19th and still no answer or change in apology that it is late... said I can request a credit by the 20th if still not here... so, 3 weeks without a rack... But the rack is supposed to fit your stock bars regardless, as I have the same bars

Does this rack include a key for locking the bike, yes or no? Should be an easy question for the supplier who knows his product.
