I’ve used for two weeks and am pleased with this purchase and highly recommend .

My physical therapist suggested I use leg weights for exercises so I purchased this set. I like that you can adjust the weight. I looked at others, but I would have needed to get multiple sets to have the weight variations. The velcro fastens well, but a lot of threads have already come loose from the edges and get stuck in the velcro. I have just been cutting the threads, but if it keeps happening I'll try heating the edges. Overall, I like the ankle weights and am able to do an assortment of exercises with them.

I have already bought two pairs of these and I am probably about to buy a third. Not because I am training for a Jane Fonda aerobics comeback tour. Not because I am auditioning for Flashdance. And definitely not because I am reenacting Staying Alive with John Travolta in my living room. I do not use these on my ankles. Ever. I use them as tripod and studio light weights in my podcast studio. And they are perfect. I grabbed the eight pound version and they are ideal. They are black, low profile, easy to strap around light stands, tripod legs, and mic stands. No messy sandbags. No sliding around. Just wrap, secure, and you are done. It is honestly a cheat code for studio setups. They are compact, clean looking, and way more versatile than you would expect. I will absolutely be buying another pair to weigh down my floor mic stands. Five stars. Amazing ankle weights. Zero ankle usage. Incredible studio hack.

I will give it 5 stars. It is pretty nice and you can go from 1 pound to 5 pounds. I did not think the instructions were very good, but it is a pretty simple item to figure out. I have never used ankle weights before. It took me a little bit to figure out how to change the weights. I think it is a little difficult to add and remove the weights. Once you figure it out it is not too bad. I thought it was very easy to attach to my ankle All that being said I would buy it again. This is the first time I have owned or used ankle weights so maybe all the ankle weights on the market are similar to this one.

It’s too much trouble to add or remove the weights because of the tight fit. They should have used material or a design that allowed you to easily adjust the weights as it claims. Otherwise it a good enough product.

I love that I can easily remove or add weights(sandbags) depending on the exercise and what I can can bear in the moment. I think the quality, stability, and stitching are great - no leaking sandbags. I haven't experienced any problems and I've had them for a few months now. I love the vibrant pink color. The only downside is that the ankle weights are bulky looking and it can feel that way esecially if you have all 5 pouches in. But overall, they have good stability and they work great.

We've had other sets of ankle weights in the past, but they always turned out to be clumsy to use and prone to falling apart (in one case, literally). This time we didn't choose cheaply, but chose wisely. These weights are put together much better, and the difference is noticeable. The fabric pouches are a much stronger material, and made it easy to add or remove weights. The wrap is not flimsy and attached and detached with no problem. I'm only using them for exercise, not for walking, but the velcro holds tight. they're very secure and don't slip around on my ankle. Definitely was worth spending a little more for better quality.

Nice for daily use. I am 65. I am happy with it my daily usage for my leg and hands.
