Cobra-System Self-Cocking-Pistol Crossbow 80 lbs 225 FPS

I wanted an expensive pistol bow for the longest time. I didn't want to pay too much for it because if it was a toy...it would be a waste. IT IS NO TOY!!! Please be aware that this pistol bow could seriously hurt someone. Assembly was unclear but if you are aware how these things work its a fairly quick build. Stringing is...hard...but possible. The sights on this model are so so. the track is more or less a toy and you can not add a RDF without a rebuild. That being said...once dialed in it is very accurate! From 50' you can achieve 80 to 90% grouping within 6 inches or less. It is quiet and easy to cock as long as you use the stirrup properly. Make sure to draw with both hands to not fatigue the shoulder. Id buy another and likely will.

Ok, I didn't expect this thing to be this much fun. I've probably put 2-300 bolts through this so far, 1 thing to watch, every 20 or so shots check the set screw that holds the bow in. The string seems to be holding up ok, I'm curious to see how long it lasts. Accuracy? Well, kinda depends how good a shot you are and good the crossbow is dialed in. My backyard is only big enough for 50ft shots, took me a bit to sight it in, but I can usually get a pretty good grouping from 50 ft. You can easily get dead on 25ft shots. Power? More than I expected. Definitely not a toy. A lot of fun for 50 bucks, by far worth it. Just buy different darts. The ones it comes with won't hold up for prolonged shooting.

Well-made product. Very little instruction for assembly. It takes two to string bow, however one has to be very strong to put greater than 80 pounds. The bolt only three, do not fit in holding area. There should be an instruction booklet with this mini crossbow including safety tips. OR have a web site that would have all above information.

It was fine at first but then pieces started to come apart like screws , the trigger stopped working I guess you get what you pay for

I was looking forward to receiving my mini crossbow, and was thrilled when it showed up a couple of days early! Upon opening the plain looking cardboard box, I found the crossbow completely assembled sitting in the box with three bolts. There was no official looking product box, no receipt, no directions. Nothing. I'm almost certain someone sent me a product that had been returned rather than a new product. I'd never received anything from Amazon this poorly packaged. The product itself, although somewhat sturdily built of all metal was weak in it's performance. I'm pretty sure my great grandson's Nerf "bullets" fire with more gusto than this thing. While advertised as an 80 lb. bow, a bolt fired from 20 ft. barely dented a piece of drywall. I didn't realize that this was nothing more than an overpriced toy. I do not recommend this product.

Nice crossbow pistol. Well made and powerful for it's size. Easy cocking with the build in device. You need to spend a little time sighting it in properly but then it hits a silver dollar sized target at 20 yds every time. Awesome package for the price!

It’s cool, more powerful than I expected. A little tricky to set up and take down but nothing that I’d really fault it for. Quality product for the price

First off, instructions are all but nonexistent, but there some YT videos that help, including some ideas if you have to string it by yourself. I'm still unable to find exactly how to use the pieces for installing the limb. I ended up with an extra pad. My first shot was at a water bottle from maybe 10 feet away. Missed it but after adjusting the sights it went clean through. I bought this because I live in the southwest and poisoness Sonoran Desert Toads come out of hybernation after monsoons that can kill our dogs. Five shots, five frogs, but the sight moves so I had to get about a foot away to hit them. Now the major issue I'm having is the sight. As I said, it moves. The ad says the sight is upgradable so I purchased a laser because who doesn't like red dots? The issue is that there is a metal piece attached to the sight it comes with that holds the bolt on place on one end and acts as a notch for the safety on the other. I have yet to find a functioning aftermarket sight. When I do I'll edit the review but until then I recommend doing research for something better.
