I take several other Dr. Berg products and have been following him for years. My gall bladder was removed almost 20 years ago and I follow a mostly Keto lifestyle so I figured this product would help me digest the fattier foods I've been eating. I only took one capsule with a full meal; a meal I eat regularly. Within 20 minutes, I had diarrhea. I thought it might be a fluke, so I waited a week then tried one capsule with another meal that I routinely have. Same issue. So even though I do not have a gall bladder, this does not work for me. Worst yet, Dr. Berg's company won't give you a money-back guarantee. So I just wasted $40. Live and learn, I guess. **** Update - The company reached out and gave me a full refund. So, even though the product did not work for me, I have upgraded my rating from one star to four for this reason.

Since my gallbladder was removed in 2019, my health issues have grown progressively worse. I found this product by watching Dr. Berg's videos on why gallbladder removal can cause issues. Within 1 day, my issues improved, and almost 2 weeks later, I feel like Im completely back to normal!! Thank you Dr. Berg!

I had been taking Betaine HCl + Pepsin 790mg (3x-5x) capsules with meals for several weeks trying to get my night time re-flux in check. It felt hit and miss, and it always felt like I had something stuck in my throat after eating. It usually worked better when I took a shot of ACV before bed, but I still had middle of the night re-flux every once in a while. Beginning of January, I thought maybe I was also having trouble with parasites because of a bowel movement that showed something disconcerting...and I saw in one of Dr Berg's YouTube videos about Parasites, that he recommended that you take this supplement before doing a natural parasite cleanse so that the toxins from macro parasite die-off don't cause deeper digestion issues. I'm about two weeks in on this bottle + switched to an OMAD diet (21:3 non-keto) about the same time, and can say that I haven't had an issue with re-flux issue during the night in at least a week and a half. Slowly dropping weight, and I noticed my mind is clearing a bit too...but that may just be from the moderate weightlifting I started at beginning of January. The parallel parasite cleanse does lessen the sugar/food cravings, just FYI. So my feeling is that this product more than likely works as intended, but I wouldn't rule out the added benefit of a slight change in diet habits from the OMAD...I do eat whatever I want for my one meal a day (dinner + a chocolate/dairy/sugary dessert) so it's definitely not attributed to any kind of keto or vegan change. I know I could drop weight faster if I went full keto, but I'm not mentally ready for that yet. UPDATE 5/16/23 - Haven't had trouble with reflux at night except for maybe 1 or 2 times since I finished the bottle, but wanted to add a detail. This product may cause you constipation...I noticed in other reviews that some did see that same issue. My bowel movements did slow down while using this product. I believe I ended up with a SIBO issue, probably from taking the parasite cleanse stuff at same time. I cleared that up with berberine afterwards. All in all, I believe this product did what it said it would. I would say that the folks who this makes sick, probably don't have a reflux problem and may want to look at pancreatic enzymes + berberine first.

Not safe for everyone. Be careful taking it and be aware of any side effects. It increased my heart rate and caused weird circulation problems in my arms. I think it was too much bile salts with whatever my body already produced.

I don't know why other people try this product but I suffered a gall bladder attack over a year ago and started using Dr Berg immediately. I have not had any gall bladder problems in over a year with no surgery or dietary changes. I can only speak for myself though!

When I first took it , i got relieved i felt my peristalsis working again so my bowel movement's but again like every other normal meditation i feel when my body got use to it there is no effect anymore or reduced effect i can say so i said okay let me take one more pill so i took three then , i vomited bile !!! For real , so im not sure about what to say but dont exceed above two as mentioned, I’ll give it some time maybe when im back on it ill find the same effect again
