Can you order a replacement for one? The part that holds the brush head broke off, just need to buy one!

I bought the set back in 2019. A few months ago the black toothbrush stopped working properly. It just refuses to turn on with a brush head on it. It tries to turn on WITH a brush on it, but no luck. I knew this would be an issue eventually. It is a struggle to put on and remove the brushes. It’s way too tight.

Where can i get replacement head? I want to get one but i dont see replacement heads

Does the brush oscillate

The brush head actually does move independent of the body, just like the Phillips Sonicare, but it is small and fast, so hard to see. The bristles are fixed to the shaft of the head that clicks into the handle body, but that head shaft does move. You feel the vibration in the handle, but that is the same as most toothbrushes. You won't see as much movement as an OralB that twists the upper bristles and moves the lower bristles up and down, but they are comparable for cleaning IMO. I have the Sonicare, and have had Oral B, so that is why my comparison of these 3 brush movements.

do they both charge at the same time?
