Otherwise quiet and not noticeable. No appreciable change in mileage though. I imagine it breathes better; tacos are famous for horrible mileage. Had to review the videos step by step to ensure a good fit. Did get a code a few thousand miles later but was a slightly loose fitting. Easy fix.

Does Not Work on Hybrid i-ForceMax installations!
The kit looks great. Install was easy. DO NOT put this on an i-ForceMax engine. Immediate problems. Sets CEL off and phones the dealer about the CEL. After the fact I understand that this does work on the non-hybrid platform just fine. K&N should put a disclaimer on their site, the product, and warn their resellers.

Poor quality resulting in engine codes
I am a big fan of K&N filters and CAI. This is the first cold air intake that I have had to set off multiple codes on one of my vehicles. The plastic air tube appeared to be poorly made with pen holes in the seams. I had no choice but to remove it and return it. I hope the quality of this CAI is not how K&N is going to be in the future.
