This isn't very good. There are no instructions on how to properly make us eof it, and when I have tried it it slips and keeps slipping so gave up.

I got this knee brace as I am suffering with knee pain when I walk or use my treadmill. The brace is well padded and can be used on either the left or right leg and the straps wrap around so don't cut into the skin. They can be adjusted to make them more comfortable and seem to fit most leg sizes. The brace did not come with any instructions on how to fit it which would have been helpful if you had never worn a brace before. I found that the compression in the brace did help the knee pain but as I was wearing it when walking it did tend to slip around if I wore it for a long period. I feel that this support would be better for the calf than the knee as it move around less when you flexed your knee as it does not have any hole for the knee cap to go through.
