I make a wonderful sourdough bread with these. The taste is superb. Good and healthy and love the variety of seeds.

Great healthy blending product
Fantastic blend. I mix this with the Manitoba Harvest Organic Hemp Seeds about 50-50 and use a tablespoon or more in my cereal every day - along with pistachios and walnuts. And mixed frozen berries. Boom ! Great healthy stuff.

High quality but small seeds & unequal ratios.
Purchased this for my pet rats. It arrived quickly & seemed fresh. Unfortunately it had very little sunflower or pumpkin seeds & they were both very small. My babies do seem to enjoy them though so that's why I gave 4 stars. However if I had purchased for myself I definitely would have been disappointed with the seed ratios & sizes. Have bought several things from Gerbs & have always found them to exceed expectations until now. Still think the quality is high however & will continue to try other Gerbs products.

Perfect Mixture of Seeds
I've been using super seeds for 2 years in our homemade bread and the flavor profile is deeeelicious! The seeds stay intact during the entire cooking process and they don't loose their texture. It's worth every penny.

Raw Seeds Caused Allergic Reaction
I guess these seeds promote health for most, however I had a strong allergic reaction. I have a mild nut allergy but have had pumpkin and sunflower seeds without a problem. I am guessing it was the hemp seeds, which I have never had, that caused the problem.
