Will this monitor attach to dual arm mount system?

Not out of the box. This monitor does not have VESA wall mount screw holes to mount on a wall or arm.

does it come with hdmi cable or do I buy one separate

Why not switch to including an HDMI cable? Do the marketing people at ACER imagine that there are still a lot of laptops being sold with VGA ports?

Does this have built in speakers?

The SB270 Bbix DOES NOT have speakers. It has a 3.5mm audio OUTPUT port. This port can be used to attach headphones or external speakers. This assumes audio over HDMI in order for it to be able to output audio. Also, the monitor has volume controls which control the volume at the audio output port.
