Fantastic knife. Weight lends well to the ease of use for the knife. Reasonable size (what you’d expect for a Santoku). It holds an edge well, I’ve not yet had to sharpen it. It’s a Santoku so you can use it for almost anything and it’ll do it remarkably well, very versatile . It punches above its sale price, great value.

These knives are fantastic with thinner blades that hold their edge. Easy to sharpen when needed fantastic for tomatoes and onions and meat.

Love love love. Vixtorinox is an excellent brand, quality is guaranteed. This one is an elegant multiuse knife, used for everyday cooking, cutting, chopping etc I have bought one as a move in/birthday gift to a friend and she loves it too!

Razor sharp after couple of months heavy used, light weight and so comfortable to use, just what paid for

I bought this for my son who's started getting into cooking. While it is sharp, and he's very happy with it, I'm not convinced it's amazing quality. It just feels a bit light, and not very well balanced. I have a couple of high end knives and they just feel better in my hand than this. That said, they did cost a lot more, but at the time of purchase this was £50 reduced from (iirc) about £70/80. Is say the reduced fee is a smudge too high, and I'd have sent it back at full price. From my son's point of view though, he is very happy. He's 6'4" with large hands, and finds the space between the handle and worktop on the knives I have is too small. His fingers just don't fit. I bought this specifically because of the height between the bottom of the handle and the worktop, and he loves that it's comfortable for him to use. So, any big handed people out there, you'll be ok with this one. Also, despite feeling too light, it is comfortable to hold, the handle is quite nice. Not awesome, but not awful either. £50 is about the highest I'd be willing to go though, and honestly for even an extra £25 you can get something that feels better quality in your hands. 4 stars because my son is very happy. 3 stars if I was reviewing purely from my pov.

Handling is very easy and no weight very good product.

A good knife is bought once. This is very good knife and after buying this you wont be dissatisfied. Along with this a knife sharpening tool is recommended and I safely say that this knife will serve you for more than a decade.

So pleading to use!

I was given this knife as a gift, and I liked it right away. Straight out of the box, it’s very sharp. It started to dull after about three months, but a quick sharpening fixes that, and it feels like new again. It fits well in the hand, looks great, and I really like it.

It does the job. Had it for few days, I like it!
