I am using this file organizer to hold nearly 400 pages of military records for a biography I'm writing. It is still managing to zip closed and the labels for the different folders are very convenient. I appreciate its sturdiness, quality, and that it can hold so much and not be heavy to carry from one place to another. If you're working on some kind of research project or just need a handy carry organizer, this one works well.

This organizer is spacious, practical, and keeps my important documents well organized. The lock works well too. My only complaint is the outer material. It gets dirty very quickly and isn’t easy to wipe clean. Aside from that, it’s a solid product and worth buying.

I had ordered more twice to find a folder that would fit into our small safe so we could keep things in an orderly manner. I was hoping that I had found the one, but I did not. It turned out it is a great choice as it holds the important stuff. Even though it won't fit into our safe, I changed plans and kept this expanding folder for its convenience and its different sizes of pockets for our needs. Sometimes you can find that gem in the rough that you never expected.

The lock reset itself and I couldn't open or find a way to reset it again. Had to ruin the folder just to get my documents and computer out. Waste of money. Lasted 1 week. So disappointed.

The zipper doesn’t slide easily in one side and gets stuck. It is actually challenging to get both zippers in the slot while holding the button. It comes with NO instructions at all. I was able to search my orders and ask a question to get the directions on how to set the code. But not a great idea to send this without instructions on setting the code or how it works. The material is almost a sticky feel. But it will work. I will keep the item, but not overly impressed.

This worked great for what we needed it for. I wanted something to be able to carry important documents with me while traveling and not worry about anybody who can easily get to those documents fit in my carry-on just fine and I felt more secure that it had a lock on it even if it was just through the zippers, it was enough to make me feel safe.

Worked good until the lock decides to stop unlocking Used it 3 times and then the lock stopped working even though I never changed the code.
