Works well, tighten up the spring mount screws before you install it.
I don't understand why they felt the need to put in a spring suspension, it seems unnecessary. Tighten the spring mount screws before you install this, or they will pop out, as they likely loosened during shipping. Manufacturer may want to consider tighter screw holes of a soft locktite to keep this from happening. This comes with the stand-off pegs that screw into the back of your dock, and mounting screws. Easy install, works well.

Find something else
This is honestly the worst mounting bracket I’ve ever seen. The spring loaded screws come undone when you try to attach the docking station, and the. You have to take the bracket off, reassemble it, and hope that doesn’t happen again. But it will.

Docking station mount flimsy, power bank mount is great
The mount for the power bank is great and well constructed, easy to install, and exactly what I was hoping for. The mount for the docking station is flimsy and it felt like I was going to break it when I was attaching the dock to the mount. The fit of the dock to the mount needs to be addressed. Functionally it is working, but given the choice, I would look for another option for the docking station mount.

Perfect mount for Dell docks
I'm trying to clear off my desktop and straighten it up, and one of the biggest things on it right now is the dock I use for my laptop. I was looking for a way to get it off the desktop and mount it to the desk. While I was looking, I found this mount. Unlike many other mounts I have seen, this comes in two parts. One mount is for the power brick, and the other is for the dock itself. This mount actually works better for me, as I already have the power brick hidden and need the mount for the dock. In my case, I have a large desk with drawers, so I mounted the dock vertically, which this mount supports. The way this secures to the desk and the way the dock itself attaches to the mount mean this is very secure and not going anywhere. All the dock's ports, front and back, are accessible, as are the Thunderbolt cables that come off the side of the dock. Overall, I am pleased with this mount and recommend it.

Nice way to regain desk space, be careful with the screws for the docking station
At home, my docking station takes up room on my desk that I wish it wouldn't. When I saw this product, I thought it was a great solution, to be able to mount it underneath my desk and recover some of that space back. I had a few issues that I want to share, in case it helps anyone else out. First, it comes with the pegs that you need to screw into your docking station to affix to the mount. It doesn't say how far to screw them in and they don't just naturally stop, so be careful. When I went to plug my monitors back in, I realized I'd overscrewed and it pushed the internal hardware up, so that the plug no longer lined up. I had to take it down to unscrew it some. Basically, watch the back when you're screwing the pegs in, to make sure you don't go too far with them. When I removed it to unscrew, that's when it fell apart. The part that had the springs came apart from the main section. I was tempted to quit then, but I really wanted this to work, so I set to putting it all back together. Luckily, there are screws holding it in place, not the springs, I say luckily because I can't find some of the springs back. So it's put back together-ish. The point is though, it never should have come apart in the first place! So, now that I have it put back together, would I buy it again? Actually, I think I would! If my Macgyver-ness doesn't hold, I'll probably replace it; I think I probably just got a bad one.
