These bags were perfect for my crab boil. They did expand while in the oven But definitely did the trick.

good cooking cuff
I used it to bake a chicken. the chicken meat was juicier and softer than I cook it not wrapped in the oven. Definitely recommend this product. Also, it is good for cooking vegetables if baked inside the cuff that tastes like they were cooked on the grill. So, I believe the turkey could be cooked very well in it.
