Are these street legal and will they have the 2 year expiration date?

I dont believe any 5 point racing harness is DOT approved. The 2 year expiration only applies in racing applications where you would have to pass a safety inspection. Manufacture date is on each piece. For recreational use, replace when they are damaged or visibly worn out.

Good morning, I would like to know the expiration date of the belt as I need a belt that expires from 2023 onwards

Good - but big for kids

Good and solid, although the straps are probably a little too wide for a caged gokart. My kid is around 140lbs and they swallow him a little bit.
