Great Training Aid For The Money

Worth a try - didn't work for me
No issues with shipping etc. Product was in perfect condition. Bought the large, however, still too small despite my wrist being within the prescribed size range. Strap was just too small so the rough part of the velcro was really scratching my wrist/arm. I found the functionality was poor, too much flex within the backing plate/ general design to prevent the wrist flipping at impact. Appreciate there needs to be some movement to allow you to actually swing, but didn't help me. Was worth a shot for the price, but wont be using - just glad I didn't buy one of the many one being advertised online for $60.
