Men's Lambswool Crewneck Sweater Pullover

This is a solid crewneck sweater! I normally find non-merino wool sweaters to be scratchy, but this one doesn't irritate my skin at all. I can comfortably wear this with just a t-shirt underneath. This is opening up lambswool as a new sweater material for me. I have a slim, athletic build, and I found the medium to be true-to-size and to fit me well. The waist isn't billowy and forms a nice silhouette. The navy color looks great in person and can be dressed up or down. As with most wool things, this is handwash only. I haven't washed this yet, but I think it's worth the effort. It has a great look and feel.

This Hilfiger lambswool sweater hits most of the right notes - it's soft, preppy, and thoughtfully detailed. The lambswool is lightweight but not flimsy, ideal for layering over an Oxford without feeling bulky. The heathered blue color is perfect and not as bright as I thought it would be when I saw it in person, its softened enough to go with anything, but with just enough visual texture to stay interesting and classy. I appreciated the elevated design touches like the ribbed hem, triangle stitch pattern on the back near the neck, and back of the shoulder embroidery that adds just a bit of personality. That said, the fit didn’t quite work for me. It runs long in the torso, down just past the bottom of my fly.. and sleeves, and the shoulders lacked structure, making my frame look a little wimpy. I gave it 3 stars for this reason. While it didn’t flatter my frame, I can absolutely see this being a great go-to for someone whose proportions match Hilfiger’s cut. If you're already a fan of their fit, this could be a polished and cozy addition to your lineup - and a 4 star rating is appropriate. It feels like a high-end piece, just make sure the fit is your friend.

It has a cleaner, slimmer fit than a lot of sweaters in this style, which gives it a sharp, modern look instead of feeling bulky. It layers easily over a tee or button‑down, holds its shape well throughout the day, and the overall feel is just premium. I’ve already gotten compliments on it. Love this sweater and would definitely buy it again.
