Helpful and accessible
This book is great for people who are just beginning assisted conception. I have Zita Wests other books which are really helpful too but i think this one is particulalry useful if you know you definately need ivf/icsi etc. I know other people have said that some elements of this book are repeated from other Zita West books - I agree there is an element of this but then any book on fertility is going to repeat basic facts such as nutrition and the conception process (natural or assisted). However, the way Zita puts this is realistic and not partonising - realising you need to be human on this journey too and that no one is perfect! There is also useful information on alternative therapies and making sure you look after your mental health and relationship health. I would definately recommend this book - even if you have similar books. It is very accessible with lots of very helpful information and it is only about £10! What else in the fertility journey is that cheap?!

Navigate the waters of IVF
My husband and I are trying to conceive and this book is really helping us with all levels of our journey. The author explains all the ins and outs regarding the medical side of infertility. We have gone through IVF and I wish I had this on hand for that first cycle. I would have know more of what to expect. A great guide if you are considering IVF or medical conception of any kind.
