I love these discs. They’re the best in terms of how rugged conditions and not getting ruined. I had to pay a ton of money to recover data and items seem to disappear from the cloud in photos. For example I don’t have photos from before 2010 maybe and pictures disappeared from when I was in college so having this is completely necessary for me for keeping my artwork safe and so it won’t just like disappear one day in the cloud

First of all, I understand that there is always a marginal (marketing) error when advertising Hard Drives. But buying 5TB and getting only 4.5TB is a letdown! Where are the missing 500MB? This is not right! On top, the drive caused my system to crach. Here's a quote from ChatGPT: "our system is stable as long as the LaCie drive stays unplugged."
