Haven't used mine yet but they are good quality

I love this set. Had sheared bolt on wood chipper. Bought these extractors and a set of DeWalt Titanium Nitride Pilot Point drill bits-- right here on Amazon. The bit I used did not walk at all, and quickly made a nice hole. The extractor backed out the bolt in 2 seconds...via cordless impact gun. I was done with everything in 5 minutes. These were the right tools for the job!

Great, but, the smallest extractor broke off. This is not necessarily a product's fault. Just so you know, get a magnetic heater tool to overheat the rusted bolt (if you can't use a torch) available on temu and such, and it is a must do, and also pre-treat seriously the affected place, preferably for a few days with penetrating oil like PB Blaster and using toilet paper there to keep it moist. Another tip is to make sure that, preferably, the extractor thread is in all the way and not partially inserted. MAIN thing, other heating the affected area, is being careful with torque when dealing with small sized extractor bits. Why? Simply because the ratio of 3/8" drive power vs the end tip brittleness is huge. This applies to this set and shorter sets that you might find available online. Don't use power tools when possible when working with small holes/bits, do things by hand so that you can feel when it reaches the max breaking point.

I work on volvos great for extracting exhaust manifold bolt. Durable material. Fits will for stud placement

2mm is/was used. Point is shiny and dulled

This helped me with the cylinder head bolts on my Toyota that had stripped off the head. The bolts were 8mm 12-point Torx type bolts and by mistake I used a 6-point T-40 Torx bit and they stripped off. With this I was able to extract the 4 bolts. These bits are very high quality. I recommend them.

Did as listed in the instructions. Happy with the results.
